Am I the only one having multiple problems when listing. Can't change category constant buffering

I have intermittent problem of constant buffering when changing category. In the end I have to refresh page and loose title.

Next problem I can't change postage. It will only show me the postage of the previous item.

When I click "list with displayed fees" I may need to click this a few times before it loads the next pop up "SUBMIT LISTING" again permanently buffers or it will sometimes send me back to the "list with displayed fees" and I will need to click on it again as the item has not listed.

And finally it will display the screen "it's not you it's us" when I select continue listing (this last one may only be applicable to us because we sell used car parts).

Question Am I the only one having multiple problems when listing. Can't change category constant buffering in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE
