    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I searched for an item specified by size 400ml.&amp;nbsp; Among the many listings, most of which confirmed 400ml in the header title, I found one that was about the price I'd paid before.&amp;nbsp; I didn't spot the small print in the listing that said it was actually 200ml.&amp;nbsp; I went to return the item, but realised that 'Item didn't fit the description' wasn't exactly correct.&amp;nbsp; So, I cancelled &lt;EM&gt;that&lt;/EM&gt; item return, and planned to re-submit it under 'Other'.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I didn't know that doing that would mean I couldn't submit a new return request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I emailed the seller asking if I could return it on 10 and again on 12 Feb - and have heard nothing back.&amp;nbsp; How do I now return it, or get the seller to respond to me, and accept the return?&amp;nbsp; I don't want to pay almost double the cost I need to have paid, because of the size discrepancy and the lack of upfront disclosure.&amp;nbsp; I know the error was technically mine, but I did feel it was somewhat disingenuous not to reveal until the small print that unlike the other offerings for 400ml, this was actually 200ml.&amp;nbsp; I expect to pay postage - I just want to return it for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help, if you can!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot open a second case with ebay but you can try one with Paypal.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you believe it was not described correctly first sign up to get the return postage paid:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Then open a "not as described" case here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have chosen not as described to return and the seller pays for the return label..not a lot you can do now if the seller is not responding to your request&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for response. You're right about not choosing 'Item not as described' - but having never returned anything before, not seeing any warning that said 'choose once only' or similar, and seeing that there was a box provided in which to further clarify the issue, I thought that it would be assessed on its merit. I couldn't know it would automatically cancel any ability to submit a return under another reason. I do now, though.</description>

      <description>Thank you for the response! In all honesty I don’t think I can claim it wasn’t as described – they did describe it, but just not upfront or somewhere that was obvious. However, the Paypal info is good to know, in case I ever need it.</description>
