    <description>I sold an item and stated willing to post UK only but the buyer has purchased through global shipping. I don’t know if he’s used the wrong voltage but now says He wants full refund plus shipping. The item did work before it got sent halfway round the world. What can I do</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cant just put post to the UK in the description&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have GSP on your listing and the buyer was quite within their rights to buy&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it ws the nespresso and was going to another country then it is likely it would not work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;as different countries have different systems&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you only want to post to the Uk then that is what you choose when you list the item&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They need to open a dispute and you deal with it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SEe the link on how to deal with disputes on GSP&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks for the reply -I hadn’t realised that I couldn’t put UK only on until I shipped! Buyer is saying machine shows signs of neglect- which is totally untrue and is demanding full refund and to put the machine in the bin-But he’s managed to descale the machine Which requires the machine to be operational!       <description>I makes no difference to ebay what the buyer may or may not have done to the item as if the buyer opens a dispute then you have to deal with it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if they escalate a dispute then ebay will gowith the buyer and you will then be left with the fees and a defect on your account.</description>
