1st neg feedback

so today i recieved my 1st neg, i feel it was unfair i sold a dress to a lady she reieved it and a week later she showed me damage to one of the thumb holes in the sleeves, I offered full refund on return, she said no she could fix it, but she wouldnt have paid the price if she known about the damage and she was disabled and couldnt walk to a post office,I originally accepted a bestoffer on the dress for £10, she never actually asked me for a partial refund but has today left me neg feedback saying exactly this, question is no case was opened against me i was polite and friendly throughou and repeatedly offered her to open a case and i would refund her, what are the chances of ebay removing this neg, looking at her left for others she leaves alot of negs.

It's definitely worth asking ebay if she leaves lots of negs. You could also see if she is willing to remove it:
