    <description>Looking for advice. Difficult to find help from ebay. The box arrived, felt a bit light, I opened it and it was empty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I messaged the seller and they said they will contact Ebay, Hermes and Argos where I sent the parcel to. I'm unsure if they are actually doing this or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I actually saw them repost the product with the same description. I haven't mentioned to the seller that I have seen it. They are telling me they are sorting it out but I want ebay to step in on my behalf instead of theirs. Just so I can be assured.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help. I have followed the "Get us to step in" but it doesn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope you opened a "not as described" case.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A "not received" one will not work as the tracking will show delivery of the box.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You will be able to escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The seller may or may not be doing&amp;nbsp; all those things,&amp;nbsp; but what you need to do now is to open a case for item not as described in the resolution centre,&amp;nbsp; link at foot of most pages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not open one for item not received.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller&amp;nbsp; then has 3 days to refund you.&amp;nbsp; If they do not ,&amp;nbsp; on day 4 ,&amp;nbsp; escalate the case,&amp;nbsp; and eBay will step in and fully refund you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise from the seller,&amp;nbsp; and do not forget to escalate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Did you actually open a "not as described" case in the resolution centre?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; When you do so that contacts the seller and lets eBay know that there is a problem.&amp;nbsp; It is important that you do so [you ordered an item in a box and simply got a box = not as described].&amp;nbsp; If you did open a non-receipt case and the seller can show delivery the case will close but you should be able to open a not as described case.&amp;nbsp; The seller will then send a label to return the empty box [I know I know] and will refund when it is delivered or when delivery is attempted.&amp;nbsp; If not then you escalate ["ask eBay to step in"] after 3 full business days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
