Question Unpaid open case in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Unpaid open case

I have accidently pressed yes and closed the case when I should have pressed no. Tried looking for option have ebay phone me for help, but no luck.
I need to reverse the case and put it back open

you can't reopen a case once you have closed it,

Sorry you said you have been paid, ebay will not reverse it or open another case.

Aswith everything, you only get one chance.

OK thank you, I'm an idiot, finger slipped.
I need to get hold of ebay as I'm not going to post the item, so need to change that.
Any idea how to get hold of them?

EBay will not help. You certainly do not post the item without payment and you certainly do not need to bother to tell eBay. If you have marked the item as "despatched" then you can unmark that.

The major advantage of a non-payer case is that you get a fee credit. Sadly you will not! EBay does keep sending automatic reminders so it is still possible that the buyer will pay.
