Question No email notification in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Since being moved over to managed payments we have had many cases of not receiving e-mails notifying us of sales. As the seller matrix does not have a ready for despatch box then once we have processed all orders in our emails it is assumed that all orders are complete and we can mark off orders as posted on the physical day of posting. It is not possible to work from the ebay matrix. Before managed payments when this happened we had a paypal notification to fall back on. We closed our shop 5 days ago due to the unprcedented level of abuse and items not received complaints. Goodness knows how many are du to this technical issue, tonight alone I have identified 7 over a two day period and we have already rsponded to dozens of item not received messages and cases covering those 2 day. Two thirds of our december revenue lost due to early closure as 4 hours a day responding to messages leaves little time for production. So today alone we will be refunding goodness knows how much and have lost potentially a couple of thousand pounds worth of sales this month. What a complete waste of our time this year maintaining a perfect record only to be dashed this month by a failing system with far too many technical issues. In addition to this, the so called easier to use managed payments costs considerably more in fees than the old system.
