Ebay Managed payments, scamming me....

My Managed payments worked fine for the fist couple

every thing was setup fine with bank,

Then ebay asked me to send photo ID,

in the mean time had 3 sales, ebay then blocked payment to my bank,

so could not get sorted with ebay,

So asked the buyers to cancel the sale, on 3 items we all agreed ebay then refunded the held funds

that did not get paid to my manged payment bank, always say declined,

Now ebay send messages, we have refunded the buyer, and will recover the funds from future sales,

I find that ebay are loosing the plot, I will stop my sales from now on , and look at other market places.
