What's happened?

I'm not a huge user of ebay, but I've probably bought dozens of items over the years.

My ebay is acting strangely. I ordered a very small part for my car (£3-98) that hasn't arrived.

I definitely ordered it, but nothing came.

I've gone to ebay to track it, or look for news, and I'm not happy with the result.

Normally, myebay takes me straight in, and I can view my purchase history. This time, it's very different. My purchase history has disappeared, I've checked the 'hidden' button and other possibilities, but there's nothing there.

The site is asking me which country I live in, and other strange stuff. I don't trust it at all. I've not yet checked my bank statement to see if the money has gone.

I want to restore my 'old' ebay site, but I haven't a clue how to do it (I'm an old non techy duffer)

I'd actually like ebay to tweak things and say ' there you go, it's fixed'.

Can anyone please help?

This ID was only created today. You won't find old records on an account just created.

Don't you think it would help to look on the right ID, details of the payment can also be seen in Paypal.

Thanks John. Somehow, I've got ,more than one account. I told you I'm a duffer! Ebay should have taken me straight in to my old account (as usual), but didn't. How do I find my old, regular account? Is there an easy way to find both (or maybe all) of my accounts? There's a strange 4 or 5 figure abbreviation showing on my account that I thought determined who I am? Thanks in advance.
