Hi,

I bought a Gemini junior die stamping machine in August at a cost of over £100 and despite perserving with it I still can't stamp out the dies (they work fine in my mini die stamping machine). I believe the machine is faulty and I want to return it to the seller for a full refund as I believe it is not fit for purpose.

One of the problems is that ebay does not recognise the item number so I can't start a case, can anyone please advise or help me please?

you are too late for eBay to help.

PayPal gives you 180 days in which to open a case but its not a product guarantee and PayPal don't cover certain machines.

You had 30 days from buying to open case, so too late now.

You could contact paypal & see what they say, they allow longer time.

Or if UK buiness seller, contact Citizens Advice for advice.
