Seller contacted me to say no item, I looked at tracking number&amp;amp; gave her PO details to contact PO &amp;amp; collect or redeliver item. Item now been delivered back to me! Where do I stand with item &amp;amp; Seller??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They can open a not received dispute and once they do you will have to refund in full of all the original payment&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is good that you actually got your item back as you can sell on again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put them on your blocked bidders list so they can not buy again from you&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I think you mean the buyer? You seem to be having an identity crisis!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're very lucky, the buyer will offer to pay to have the item reposted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're not, they will either expect you to resend it at your own expense, or demand a refund. They are entitled to this, as the parcel was not "successfully delivered" as eBay requires.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the latter, the best way to refund them will be to ask them to open an item not received case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. This won't count against your seller performance rating provided you click on the option to refund the buyer. That way eBay will process their refund through the case and you will receive a credit for your final value fee. (PayPal fees are no longer refundable.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An easier way, if you're on good terms with the buyer, would be to send them a cancellation request through the resolution centre, citing problem with the buyer's address as the reason. As above, eBay would process the cancellation and deal with the refund and the return of your selling fee. But if they wanted to be awkward, the buyer could refuse this request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you... your right (the Buyer) it’s been another long day!&lt;BR /&gt;I’ll refund in full as I can see there being a prob with this Buyer. They insinuated I hadn’t posted when I pointed them to the fact I posted next day after payment &amp;amp; had full tracking. No word from them for 2.5wks &amp;amp; when I checked they hadn’t contacted PO who left red card. I gave the Buyer details of their own PO to collect / redeliver &amp;amp; they obviously ignored my help hence I got item back today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Get Outlook for iOS</description>

      <description>Wait until they open a dispute&lt;BR /&gt;Dont refund until they open the dispute to make sure you get your fees back&lt;BR /&gt;All disputes have to be doen that way&lt;BR /&gt;When you post your item then always put the tracking or 16 digit code from the post office receipt&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
