I sold an item to a bidder in Italy using the GSP. He states that on the invoice he received it has his home address in Italy and not the GSP address. I think only I receive the GSP address/label after he has paid? I am correct assuming this?

The address you get is to the hub in Lichfield

You post to that address at the postage method on the listing

Pitney Bowes ebay agents send it on to the buyer

Yes I know this. What I am asking is when the bidder wins the item eBay send them an invoice to pay. He said that this invoice has his home address on and not the GSP address. So he is concerned the the item will be just sent to Italy direct and not via the GSP.

How can it go to his address direct if you are sending it to the hub in Lichfield?

If it was going direct to him then you would have his address in Italy

He does not get the hub address.

The hub is the GSP depot and Pitney Bowes sort the items with the code and then send on to the buyer.
