i bought an item and paid it just after i won the auction and seller told me he is not going to wait paypal 21 days to release the money,i dont know what he done but when i checked the transaction on paypal it says the payment waiting the seller to accept ,i informed the seller a few time about it ,told him he need to accept the payment but he has not done and i cancel the payment after almost 1 week and bought another item.i received the item just after cancel the payment so he post the item before payment has not cleared.i dont want this item ,like to return it because i bougt another item and spent the money for it.The problem is seller does not want me return it and i trayed open a return case but ebay does not let me ,says i need to do payment first .i need some advice, does any one have any suggestion?

The seller has made a dogs breakfast of this transaction, message him once and ask for the return postage, if it's not forthcoming it's his loss.

It sounds like the seller does not realize you cancelled the payment,

contact the seller & tell them you cancelled the payment & they are not going to get paid,

& if they want it back to send you a returns label.
