    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, having an odd problem, as a case I recently opened went in my favor, but the automated ebay messege states the refund goes to whatever paypal acc was used for the initial purchase of the item. Problem is, the card used on this occasion is not registered with paypal. Where does the return go to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
