Ive got a problem & not sure what to do 🙈🙈 Ive sold lots of baby clothes, she messed me about at the beginning asking how many items I could fit in one posting bag, I said around 4-5 depending on the thickness of the items etc... she bid on 8 items, so I said id amend the postage to get them all into one bigger bag but it would still be cheaper than 2 smaller bags, she moaned & said ‘oh thats a shame I thought id be able to get them all for the lowest postage’ even though id said 4/5 items... she then delayed on payment... Shes now messaged saying shes had the bag delivered (tracked - which she has signed for) with nothing inside,& that there wasnt a glue strip on it! Obviously there was, else the post office wouldnt have accepted it if it was open, shes sent me photos & I can see the glue strip on the parcel... She said it doesnt look ‘tampered’ with!! Ive been buying the same postage bags for years & once they are stuck down they are stuck fast!! I purposely send everything signed for as ive had bad experiences in the past of people saying they havnt recieved parcel 🙄 I dont know what to do 🤯🤯 xxx
