Fast and free logo is missing

For the past week the fast and free logo has been missing from my listings. All my listings offer 1st class postage and same day dispatch so they are all eligable. The logo disappears and tells my buyers that they will have to wait 5+ days for delivery. Every time I contact eBay about this they say it's a technical issue and the tech guys fix it but the 4th time it's now happened and it's not been fixed after contacting eBay 3 times in a day about it

Several members are reporting problems yesterday and today

I had problems last week and contacted ebay who told me the same thing that they would contact the tech guys to sort it out

I have been checking pages this morning and several do not seem to be working correctly

All you can do is to wait and see or contact ebay again but for me that page is not opening up correctly with no way of contacting ebay at all at the moment

They dont open till 9am on a weekend
