    <title>Question has anyone ever had any contact from tech support? in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;having serious problems with my account, that customer services are not being any use in sorting out at all. Reported the issue loads of times and heard nothing for weeks so tried the online chat............what a farce that is! Customer service representatives have no concept of what the title means! One of them toild me it was aknown problem and that they would passt on to tech support, heard nothing back, then over a week later I contacted them again to find out everything they had said was total and utter BS and that it hadn't bee passed on ata all, Round the house for ages and incredibly rude CS rep 'end the chat' get back on to talk to another one who was far more attuned to the role, who allegedly &lt;U&gt;would&lt;/U&gt; pass the details on to tech support and that I'd be contacted withing 24-48 hours..........around 72 hours later I have heard nothing so I get in touch for another cozy chat..........yet another farcical interlude! after a load of BS from the ebay CS rep they get down to telling me 'we arw waiting for an update so if you wait 24 -48 hours someone will get in touch with you'.......hmmm.....I've heard that before........and it wasn't true either time.......do I belive them or not? No I don't, and I challanged them about it, and kept getting the same resposne......wait....wait.....wait.....wait.......so it looks like I'm going to die of old age before ebay condecend to delivering an update that is assuming that tech support are even looking at it! Personally I doubt it &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.ebay.co.uk/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>was having issues with the my ebay page, which has now diappeared completely. The only decent place to keep track of watched items, what is left to me now is 'sumary' which is absolutely useless, and 'watching' which has long been masquerading as the visually hidous and extremely poor quality cousin of a decent watch list. Neither of which are of any genuine use to me. Always makes me wonder why ebay completely screw up the things on the site that actually work well?</description>

      <description>so not a problem that can be fixed!  ebay have changed the layout, there is nothing you can do to change it back</description>

      <description>I'm aware they gave the site a damned ugly makeover, but even before that there were issues. In the last few days those issues have taken a turn for the bizarre as well, To make matters even worse ebay customer services have been proving that they haven't got the slightest idea about dealing with or looking after customers by giving contradictory information and blatantly lying while giving the me the runaround just to add insult to injury!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the quality of site and kind service that ebay are going to be providing for the forseeable future then my pretty much daily use will cease, and I'll only occasionally visit, and very rarely make any transactions. If they choose to degrade the user experience so severely that it becomes extremely unpleasant, frustrating and annoying to use the site, then I'll choose to not subject myself to such an atrocious mess.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If as you say this is due to a change made by ebay, then of course they can fix it........if they want to fix it that is.......and of course if they place any value whatsoever on their customers, and the quality of their experience of using the site........perhaps they really couldn't care less what any of us think?</description>
