Question Cancelling transaction in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Cancelling transaction

Buyer & I have agreed to cancel, but instead if the £ sign against the item there's a sand timer. Hover the pointer over this & it says 'buyer marked this item as payment sent'. I haven't been paid but I don't appear able to cancel, as every time I try, I get a big red notice saying 'This listing has been removed, or this item is not available'

Any advice REALLY welcome!!

It seems that ebay have removed your listing so there is nothing to cancel. The payment is probably on its way back to the buyer. There is usually a delay. If they used their debit card with or without Paypal the money will return to their bank account in about 7 days. If they used their credit card it will return to card in up to 30 days.
