I am waiting a couple of months for a refund, Ebay has closed my order. the seller doesn't respond to my messages and the item is deleted from my purchase history. Whom should I contact and where ?

Depending on the timing, reason and type of case opened, if case has been closed by eBay, have you been given a reason ? (eg. did you fail to escalate case to eBay / delivery proven / out of time etc. ??.)

You could try a suitable case with PayPal and escalate within 2 to 20 days > UK account link >

The case was closed because of inactivity for 21 busses days- the seller was waiting for the item to be delivered back. That was my first refund and I had no idea that they will close my request and that I will have no other options. The seller still does not answer, I'm sending messages every day.
