Does anyone have a number to speak to an agent on Ebay please ? I have tried them all and cant speak to a person .... need a refund .my item never arrived ...the seller has been kicked off of Ebay UK and resolution center wont let me open a case because the seller is no longer on there ... I have reported the seller and told them my situation and no reply ...its ridiculous when you cannot speak to anyone on Ebay UK when you have been conned out of your money !!

You don't need to speak to ebay, you need to open a case for item not received with Paypal. If a seller has gone from ebay, then there is nothing you can do on ebay.

You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal. Log in and find Contact Us at the very foot of the Page. Find Resolution Centre on the next page and Report a Problem.

Open a Case for Item Not Received. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20.

Add in the Notes that EBay have Removed the Seller from Ebay.

When this happens you have to open a case with Paypal rather than eBay.

Log into your Paypal account click on Contact Us (at bottom of page) > Resolution Centre (near bottom of next page) > Report a Problem > select the payment in question > continue > I didn't receive an item I purchase > Submit.

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

If you have any problems with that ring Paypal. Click on Contact Us again and then click on subjects until the Call Us link shows up.
