Could someone pease help I need to contact ebay direct very urgent but they dont seem to any kind of direct commication

person plese help. I need the full postal address, email address, and the direct line phone number of ebay very urgent.

eBay do not communicate via email, and there is no direct phone line to them, as their staff are working at home because of Covid, there is sometimes a call back system.

To contact eBay Customer Service type in Advanced Search into the Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page, then scroll down to the bottom of that page, and you will see the options for a call back or a LIve Chat .

Both will give you an approximate waiting time too.

Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 pm

Many thanks for your kind replies I understand there staff are working home and that response will be slow,
But could please see if you have the Full Postal address it is it is very urgent.

The postal address is in the user agreement, but it is not a recommended way of contacting them, especially for urgent matters!

why do you need ebays postal address?

what has happened?

a postal address won't help you if your issue is urgent
