It seems there may be a 'glitch' on the system. I have an anchor shop, and upload scheduled listings on a Sunday. Since Wednesday I have been noticing an 18p charge has been showing when scheduling. I called eBay to query this, and they have said it may be becuase I was over my allotted 500 (I was a couple of hundred under). One has just been uploaded, and has indeed been charged the 18p listing fee. My allowance for the month is still showing as 500, with none used.
