Theft by a courier

I have a photo of a large box With this lable stuck over another one by the Hermes Courier People.
That’s someone else’s parcel sent to them by Wayfair being redirected
to my eBay customer. So when I track my parcel sent to him sept 24,
it says it’s been delivered. Someone at Hermes stole my parcel and printed
that ticket. The Hermes website and the online website of Wayfair
are entirely automated so you can’t talk to a real person or report a theft.
Even their help phone lines are automated. To make matters worse
EBay’s Packlink people have a total loss claim form which is impossible
to fill in correctly. None of the buttons work after filling in the form and
it’s totally automated so one can’t make a claim.
