Question Error notice in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I have been trying to buy aluminium wire but quite a few of the sellers I have tried to look at are coming up with an error notice saying try to reload the page which is not happening. Concerned that it may be to do with my iPad. Hope someone can help.

The problem certainly seems to lie in the device you are using.

Any chance of switching to a laptop / PC / browser? Preferably not the eBay app, as that is so limited in its functions and options to run an eBay account fully and successfully.

Many thanks. I agree that the app is not very user friendly as I can’t even print postage labels on it and have to go out of the app. 🤔

Yes, a hopeless thing I would never use ir, or recommend anyone to use it !
