Did your buyer receive the Christmas lights?

If not did you issue a refund?

tried to help the buyer in what way?

if you don't have tracking that shows the item as delivered you need to refund them in full,

once you have done this you can send them a feedback revision request

I'm afraid the false positive you left the buyer is a policy violation and your buyer can apply for it to be removed.

Sellers are not allowed to leave negatives for buyers.
