you don't need a shop,

it is a complete waste of money to subscribe to a shop when you don't have enough listings to cover the cost of it

you haven't got anything listed, as a new seller you won't be allowed to list 50 items straight away,

50 items aren't enough to cover the cost of a shop,

what you need to do is upgrade to a business account using this link:-

Upgrade to a Business Account

you may have to list one item first to make the link work

and only subscribe to a shop when you have more items listed
