    <description>How is it that my rating has gone down from 100% to 95% because of one transaction, I posted 6 items to a buyer and 2 got broke in transit, he asked for a partial refund which I agreed to but when I tried to send it by PayPal I got the message recipient cannot accept funds. I contacted him and told him the problem and he asked me to send a cheque, I told him I don't do chequers he then left bad feedback and now asked for a total refund which I have agreed to. Oh the total refund is £10.80 that's including P&amp;amp;P. I feel I'm being punished by sticking to PayPal and not sending cheques and I don't see how he can get his refund if his account does not accept funds</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to send money to the buyer rather than refund them using the refund option on the original pay pal transaction page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;12 months and the negative will be removed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
