Query about delivery to a wrong address

I work in a charity shop in New Milton, Hampshire and we received a delivery yesterday of a load of flat packed ebay boxes and tape which we never ordered. Our address is on the parcels but we have never ordered these goods. The delivery person never left a delivery note neither were we asked to sign for them. The post code is from Raunds, Northamptonshire UK. Can ebay please rewspond to this message. I can't find any telephone number to ring ebay and there is nothing in their site that gives one iota of help with general enquiries.If someone could help I would be obliged.

Lots of people are getting these and we're not sure why. If you recently signed up to Managed Payments it may be from ebay as a type of reward.
