How do I block USA from buying from me

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to block the USA from buying from me?

I have navigated through the system on site preferences and its impossible to find.

Don't know if anyone else has had trouble with buyers from US stating item not as described and wanting to return items knowing that extortionate postage fees from US to UK that its easier and cheaper for you to refund, i've even witnessed seller then selling item on.

If someone could post a link I would appreciate it.

You are enrolled in Global Shipping. To Log Out go to to the Account Tab on your My Ebay Page and Site Preferences >> Postage and Packaging >> Global Shipping.. On the right hand side of the Screen change Yes to No and Save Changes.
