Question Neutral Feedback in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hi all,

I sold an item, messaged the buyer to say when it would be posted and I would leave feedback once I knew they were happy with their purchase, didn't get a reply, let alone a message to say there was a problem after they received the item, then yesterday (after 6 weeks) I notice I have neutral feedback saying 'wasn't what I expected'. Had they bothered to let me know, I would've refunded. As you can imagine I'm a little miffed after 4 years of selling and receiving positve feedback, I know it won't affect me but I would like to answer it as I feel it's unjust when they didn't bother to let me know there was a problem. Looking for some advice on how to word it, politely of course. Thanks
