Nectar + Ebay = Not collecting points still

I have already asked this but it seems to have vanished or I can't work out where I am suppose to go to see the answers.

In short, I linked my Nectar card to e-bay 2 weeks ago.
Since made about 12 purchaes that tell me how much points they've earned.

To date, it still says I have collected zero points yet top right it says I've linked my accounts and I am spending and collecting.

Surely, it's as simple as "If purchase says 24 points earned then balance += 24".
Yet my balance has remained 0
