    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having a problem with a buyer who claims they have not received an item I sold them a month ago and they have just started a dispute.&amp;nbsp; The item was posted out the first day possible after payment was made.&amp;nbsp; I have checked the buyers address details and I believe them to have been changed.. I have reported this to ebay is there any other thing I can do to sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanx J&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;As long as you sent the item tracked or used 1st or 2nd class [bigger than a large letter] you can input the tracking or 16-digit reference into the selling summary.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If you do that and the buyer opens a non-delivery case eBay will pick it up and - if it shows delivery - then they will close the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;From the buyer's point of view it may seem unfair but if you can show delivery through tracking [etc] to any address that removes any responsibility from you to refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>The buyer has just responded acknowledging that I sent this to the address originally requested. So this may have been delivered correctly. They claim they changed the address half an hour after paying for the item but I had already packed the item up with the original address given. the buyer has stated to me that this is not my fault and is going to check to see if the item was delivered to the original address.</description>

      <description>I may have addressed the item as soon as the auction ended awaiting payment.... either way they have admitted to changing their address.</description>

      <description>Make sure you add tracking info&lt;BR /&gt;You posted to the address originally given as per the rules&lt;BR /&gt;It doesn't matter now what the buyer says. Tracking is the proof.</description>
