TRYING TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM!

I have a non-payer and am trying to open a case. I am unable to - the system keeps sending me to Sign In and when I enter my password, it just goes round and back on itself! I have changed my sign in password but this still doesn't help. I have signed out and back in again using my new password and that works fine, but when I try ot Resolve a Problem - no joy! Does anyone know how this can be solved, please?

have you tried going through the Resolution Centre?

and if you are using the app switch to the full site

Going into the Resolution Centre was the answer! I am working on a full screen PC! Much appreciated! Some of the "changes" that have been made recently, seem to cause more problems!

I use a PC and always go through the resolution centre where is the 'resolve a problem' link?

I have always just clicked on the item and and gone into Resolve a Problem, but clearly, that doesn't work any more! Thanks again and have a great day!
