    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold an Ipad to a buyer who provide an address in the UK (attached is his address), then I sent it to this address with a tracking number ( attached is a confirmation for delivery), then I discovered that the item dispatched to portugal in Europe , then the seller started argue that he did not receive the item untill he confirmed that he receivrd after I sent hin the signature on delivery, then he started again to argue that the I pad is locked to my ID and asked for my pasward to unlock it but I offered him help of how to reset the ipad to its factory settings in an easy way but he refused. Now he open a case to return the item and asked me to pay a return pachage from his EU country to me here in ythe UK which is not fair at all. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, first thing first, you're enrolled in the global shipping programme, that's the address anomaly cleared up, now unless you did a full factory reset, the buyer can't access the menu to reset the ipad, You can't win this, you'll have to provide a postage label or get the buyer to get a quote and send a PayPal payment for return shipping, you'll need to add the transaction ID to the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
