Getting repaid after a refund

How do I arrange payment for an item I've sold that was undelivered (so the buyer was refunded) then delivered? EBay said reverse the transaction, but Paypal said too late.

I've no problem with EBay getting its percentage. Is there a way of doing this without my smuggling my email address to the buyer?

You should be able to send an invoice using the Send & Request link in your Paypal account.

I'm afraid that I haven't the buyer's email address, or mobile number, to send a PayPal invoice but thanks peaseblossom. P

You could ask the buyer if they can send payment from same place in their Paypal account.
