I had misplaced stock which I believe led to this issue. I tried to refund buyers through ebay and the system said pending for ages. I replied to the email asking for proof of postage but I use stamps and filmed my parcels!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I was told by ebay it would be 3 days for a reply. I have no reply. I have paid 2.2k in ebay fees ontime and have outstanding feedback. Not only that, I have 4k on hold from paypal. I have paid out of my own pocket for these fees and don't understand why its impossible for me to speak to someone to fix this the same day or why I am yet to recieve a response.
