I purchased a refurbished microwave from direct vacuums it functions but doesn’t produce heat. It was delivered the next day by yodel. Now i want to return it they sent me a royal mail label meaning i have to carry it to the post office. I’m 84 years old. No further replies from seller since they’ve accepted the return. I also can’t get through to ebay?

If the RM label is sufficient for the weight of the item, then ebay can't help. It's a condition for a refund that you return the goods, it's not a condition that they are collected from you. You will have to get someone to take it for you.

If the label is not sufficient then you need to get hold of ebay through the help and contact button, it's not easy at the moment, just put in anything until you get the option to chat, or a call back from them. I am told between 3 and 4 in the afternoon is good.
