dose anyone recommends shipping from the UK to Russia via the eBAy global shipping company?

it is safe to do ?

Do the customers get the items on time or not?

Russia is excluded from GSP isn't it. You can send direct though. If using Royal Mail just look up postage to zone 1 on here:

And send buyer an invoice with increased postage.

I have posted to Russia many times with no problems. Postage is as for Europe and once had something get Vladivostock in 4 days, and that is about as far away as possible.
