I think you're trying to say that when you refund a buyer, eBay doesn't refund the 10% fee it chard on the p&p costs?

If so, you're mistaken. If you refund correctly through the resolution centre, either as a cancellation or a money back guarantee claim, your final value fee will be credited back to your account, including the FVF on the cost of postage.

If you don't use eBay's procedures to refund a buyer you obviously won't get any refund of their fees.

If this doesn't answer your question, could you explain exactly what's happened? Whatever eBay refunds or doesn't refund isn't "theft". You agreed to eBay's procedures in the user agreement - even if you didn't read it.

Please don't waste time in accusing ebay of theft. It is their site they decide the fees and you have a choice as to whether you use their services.

You need to understand how the system works. If you make a full refund to a buyer through a case you get a full refund of the selling fee, HOWEVER there is no refund of fees for Partial refunds.

It is up to you to get postage charges right or if combining more than one item it is up you to issue an amended invoice, quoting the amended postage charge.
