Why is it not allowing me to open a case. Is it because i have a return pending?

Its been more than 8 days since being ripped off

a return is a case -

why do you want to return and what type of case did you open - not as described or just a return?

Wrong item

They sent me a returns label. despite it being a mattress weighing over 20kg and royal mail wont accept

then they were due to collect today and didnt turn up

how do i open a case, ive had enough

As you opened a not as described case you will get a link on day 9 to escalate it to eBay to force matters.

If this has already been done you need to contact eBay and exlapin how the seller is messing you around.

Its not allowing me to open a case. I go onto purchase history, select item, no option to open case

If you opened the correct sort of caseand no response from seller then you escalate to ebay after 8 days.

It is important that you opened the correct case as if it is a private seller who does not accept returns and you just opened a return (Classed as a Change of Mind) you will not win the case.

Using the Money Back Guarantee Properly it is impossible to be ripped off unless you let it happen.
