    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Writing this just to get it off my chest , as my rating is affected by doing nothing wrong!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, sold and sent an item on 05th June, which the delivery address given by E-Bay was an Convenience Store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item was sent via Hermes and included full address and ecp code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dont hear a thing until 20th June , 15 days later , by a lady saying to me "ive got your parcel". After discussion it transpires that this lady [ of the same surname as buyer ], found the parcel in her blue bin. Put there I assume by Hermes. As it was clear this was not the intended destination or buyer for that fact, I asked her if she could post it back to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She mumbled and when I suggested I send the postage through paypal, she advised she didnt have this service. I told her that it was for a customer and should be delivered to the Convenience Store [ which I know now is in the same street.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I was even more concerned about though was , how did she get my phone number [ mobile ] , which when asked she replied " it was on the package " !!. There is one thing in all the years trading on e-bay I would never do, is leave my mobile number. Why ever would I need to?, when direct contact is available through mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this stage I thought this was a hoax, and decided to mail the intended buyer through my e-bay account. I explained what had transpired beforehand and she advises me that Ebay had her collection address wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, she states to me that although she has received two e-mails [ assumably from ebay ] to say her order has arrived, she could not collect it due to the store refusing to accept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inform her someone close to the shop with the same surname has her item but when I tried to call them back the number was with-held [ sorry left this out ]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Several contacts have been made between myself and the intended buyer and although unsure how it happened she managed to find out that the person holding the package lived on the same street as the shop where the parcel was addressed to. The shop is No1 and I believe it was left at No 52???.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lady who purchased has been to the address twice and left a note and no one has replied. She is left out of pocket and although, not blaming me in the slightest, it has been left as feedback that she did not receive item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The convenience store apparantly refused the item twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to customer this was not the delivery address anyway and blames E-Bay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hermes not only delivered to a wrong address , the marked "as signed" although it was left in a bin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where do I stand , and how was my mobile number comprimised?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aaahhh that,s better!!..........not really.!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They are allowed access to your account,&amp;nbsp; we are not here as we are members like yourself.&amp;nbsp; They will be able to see what the tracking has shown.&amp;nbsp; Only they can remove negative feedback .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
