Question Global Shipping Program in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hi,

Well confused over the Global shipping programme, and I am opted in....

You state:

‘Simply select Send it to the UK Shipping Centre’

Can’t see this option anywhere?

You State:

‘Sell internationally with the Global Shipping Programme. Just send it to the UK shipping center when your item sells’

The tick box for this was ticked when the ad was created, Item has sold what next? I stated £29.70 shipping costs

Buyer now wants an Invoice for total- bought two items. Do I charge postage or what?

‘Once your item is sold, we'll send you the address of a UK Shipping Centre, along with a unique reference code’

No address or code received, and not sure if I need to include any postage on the combined invoice?

You cannot combine shipping or invoice a buyer with GSP

The buyer will have to pay the shipping as billed.

You only get a shipping address with the code after they pay

Hi, thank you so much for your reply. However, do you mean shipping as billed by me, or the GSP? He wants a total to pay for his items. Do I just charge him for the goods and nothing else as the GSP will ask him to pay the shipping costs they come up with?

The buyer will have received 2 invoices, they will both include Global Shipping fees, you do not invoice them anything.

You will receive payment just as if you were selling to a UK buyer, you will receive the 2 payment advice with a shipping address to Lichfield & each will have a unique ID number which you include in the address, you then post the 2 individual items to the address in Lichfield
