    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, buyer opened a refund case. In the meantime item arrived. I contacted buyer asking about cancel refund. Ive got answer with confirmation of received item. However, buyer still didnt cancel refund. I believe it might be language barier- buyer is Italian. What can I do in this situation?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Add the tracking number into the case details,&amp;nbsp; and it will close the case in your favour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean you have already refunded , and the iterm has turned up now, nothing you can do to enforce them to pay ,&amp;nbsp; but you could start with sending them a Paypal invoice for the item,&amp;nbsp; see if they pay that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
