For Collection items ... best to arrange and accept Cash only on inspection/collection/delivery (or cleared/confirmed Bank Transfer) = No 21 day Payment holds/Chargebacks/PP fees/or risk of later cases for 'not received/damaged' etc. >>>

The money is quite safe and you will get it when Paypal's processes are complete. If it is the wheelchair you would have done better to have accepted cash. Paypal is dangerous as the buyer "could" deny having had it ["someone else must have collected it"] and would get their money back. It's partly for that reason that PP adds a hold sometimes.

It really is not a good idea to rely on eBay and Paypal for money that you need on a day to day basis.

Closing your Paypal account certainly is not a good idea!

You seem to have sold the Galaxy phone twice. EBay's fees are due unless you did a "non payer ~~not as described~~ case". [Sorry not paying attention there]
