There is no button or anything for me to answer other people's questions.

Yet I can post a question like this! What the helll?

Only authorised members can answer on this particular board. All the others are open to everyone.

Simple really if you read the heading it would have explained that it is for approved Members only.

All the other sections you can use to ask and provide answers.
