    <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly eBay have started charging the 6p fee for scheduling items even though I have over 140 listing credits for May - I queried it and they agreed a refund of fees but I still can't schedule any listings without incurring a fee. Anyone els got this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
