    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered from seller, changed my mind so cancelled and returned order via Ebay returns. Return fully tracked showing seller received return. I waited 8 days no refund so contacted seller, no reply. I then mistakenly contacted paypal informing them about situation. PayPal not helpful. I received automated email from ebay asking if refubd received for return,if not ask ebay to step in. So requested Ebay to step in. Received email wait 48hours for outcome. I waited 3 days no reply so live chat with ebay. Customer representative checked full info and told me return in my favour and will process refund which I will receive within 48hours. 2 days pass, no refund another live chat, customer representative said refubd is being processed don't worry etc...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today received email stating no refund because I requested help from paypal&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So basically seller, Ebay and paypal have taken my money £1699&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't have 2 refunds, when you opened paypal case ebay one closes automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact paypal &amp;amp; check status of that case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The PayPal case was first opened. They were not helpful so opened case via Ebay. Ebay realised I was owed the refund and ideally they should contact paypal and let them know refubd in my favour? I'm surprised there is no communication between ebay and paypal to resolve matters with buyers</description>
