Hi hope you are all well and keeping safe .I sold an auction lot of 75 cd's .the winner got them for £5.99 .However clearly stated in the listing at least 3 times that it was collection only.

Received a message saying they didt see that it was collection only .

I am disabled and could not possibly pack that lot up even for a courier to collect

Do i just cancel the transaction and forget about it or go through the non paying bidder way ?

I guess i'm wasting my time with my listings if they are not being read from start to end ..but then you get so many questions.

Any advise will be very welcome ..stay safe

You are completely in your rights not to have to post this, if listed as a collection item. I also totally agree with you that some buyers just do not read all listing properly , if it is not repeated sometimes in big letters, and if it's possible in the title heading , some aspects are totally overlooked.

You have two choices here, issue a cancellation request citing buyer requests to cancel, but here, if they have not paid they have to accept/ agree to that cancellation, if they ignore it, you have to wait a full 10 days to close it yourself. Then your seller fees are refunded, and you can relist it if you wish. Go rightof the item to More Actions >> Cancel this order >> Buyer Requests to Cancel.

Or, after 48 hours iof non payment , open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages. Close it on day 5 seller fee refunded, no defect, and buyer here, gets a non payment strike, they are only allowed one.
