I would like to obtain a full refund from a seller claims he sent my items and fail to prove correct proof. When contacted he presented an attitude. I since discovered his has received a series of bad reviews

The scammer name is welcomehub . He has received bad reviews and his response to me when I stated if he will not refund me , I will report him. His response to me was "go ahead"

In that case, there's no reason to post here about it. Just use eBay's money back guarantee. If the tracking record doesn't confirm delivery to your address, the seller will be required to refund you. If it does, they won't. EBay can't hold sellers responsible when items are delivered, but subsequently lost or stolen, which is an increasing problem.

Do PLEASE either be more careful which sellers you buy from, or be more patient in sorting out problems. You are leaving far more neg and neutral feedbacks than most buyers. This will worry sellers - don't be surprised if some cancel your bids, and block you from bidding on their items.

Red magpie, I do not know what you are talking about. So if I recieve bad service from sellers . I suppose to swollen my pride and keep shut having spent money in good faith to obtain the items advertised?. Could it be that you are ONE of those sellers perhaps?. If ANYONE has spent their hard-earned money purchasing items and the sellers turn out to be scams or unscrupulous in the way they operate , it is our given right to expose them so that no one else is taken advantge of. And FYI the seller welcomehub did not have many bad reviews initially hence why i ordered and coincidentally had accumulated a lot of bad reviews after I ordered. Please do not promote the notion that people should not leave bad reviews if the products they have received is not want is stated or they have not received the item. I have contacted eBay to look into it thoroughly. Welcomehub has been presented s nasty attitude when questioned about the item. I have not received it it over 3 weeks now and have ordered items from other sellers ( and left a lot of good reviews which you seem to not noticr and have received them in good time
