Item gone missing from orders view

Hi, yesterday I opened up my Orders awaiting dispatch page to get the order information to post my parcels. Later in the evening I went to mark them sent and inform the buyers but one order had vanished from view. I began to think I had made a mistake, the buyer had bought a few thing from me after all so I contacted buyer and said as much. The buyer said she had indeed bought another item from me and sent me the order number but it showed nothing when I searched. I finally found a trace of the order when clicking on the listing then onto the number of sales within that listing, I was able to mark it as despatched from there.

Has anyone else had this strange issue, will I now have to go through every payment and check my waitinging to depsatch list to see if any other items have vanished? What a pain.
